There are in fact two sliders numbs on the bottom edge of the PC (next to the speakers) which unlocks the plastic backing - it is ALOT easier to remove the back with the sliders unlocked! You know they are unlocked as the slider reveals an orange dot. Hope this helps!

Before you try to pull off the back, there are two like slide switches on the bottom of the unit you need to "unlock" to make the whole process a lot easier.

Hi! dude that model have lock both side near on speakers. The reason why you forcing to remove that cover because you did not slide out the lock button.

I would have recommended to apply new thermal paste to CPU. It helps lower cpu temp

I don’t have a problem with the hard drive but the power shut on and off twice in this computer I have to look exactly like this one is making the click sound over and over or to find a source of the sound is coming from that thing with the numbers and barcode on it inside on the opposite side I can’t take it apart and the screw thing knob down I need help fixing this and I didn’t know how almost broke my hand off
