As "simple" as this lesson was, I think I've had the most fun in this lesson than all the others in a long time ,this was great!!! It's cool you made it into a little house but I was I was voting for a tree....lol!

It's highly unlikely that any unfortunate souls living on the farm survived the hideous storm I just painted. Funny how some of the projects that I think will be challenging go beautifully and others, well . . . this was the first time I actually tossed the paper after doing the sky to start again. So I'm not mad about it, but I'm certainly not crazy about it. :)

Your classes must be an absolute joy to attend! There is a professional vocabulary that many other video instructors use, no laughing allowed. I honestly have watched hundreds of pastel,acrylic, oil and finally watercolor (!) and this was so enjoyable! I have my favorites in each media. You’re certainly an amazing instructor.

Thank you! I'm new to watercolor and this was my first try at following a landscape tutorial. It turned out amazing! 1/4 size though. I do "rough drafts." Idk, it just gets me over that fear of starting. Like, oh, this is only a rough draft to get an idea of what I'll really do. Then I can dive right in. Great tutorial, Sarah!! I've not worked with liquid watercolor paint - curious, do you have a preference painting with the liquid paint or the paint in tubes? How different is it? I don't have a "wash 1" brush to do this technique, but I have a mop brush that I use for my washes. Will the mop brush work? It's not as crisp edged as the brush that you are showing to use.
