I painted this tree with my watercolor friend as a post Thanksgiving treat to ourselves. We had such a nice day, and both had painting successes. Loved that not too fussy, no pattern, just a beautiful tree. Will paint again for Christmas cards and or gifts.

I was born and raised in snow country. Now I life in Central California where it doesn't snow. In my opinion snow is a great place to visit but I don't want to live in it. Nice tree, Sarah.

Funny thing is in a Bible journaling group I’m a part of the other day they did an acrylic tree on the night 46:25 . I am just starting to dabble with acrylics… but my passion is watercolor. I’m also from California and when I moved to New York and witnessed snow, it was quite magical 😍 but if I wanted to add Christmas lights to this tree, how would I add that?!

Missouri is a "southern" state. Try living in the Midwest, Great Plains, or Alaska - they have "real" winters.
