Yeh true vitamin D deficiency in the UK is partly the cause of some of my own health issues but the tablets don't agree with me. I get side effects. It's synthetic after all. You can't beat the natural sun and quality of the fruits and vegetables in Pakistan. Also going to hilly areas in Pakistan such as Murrey Margala Hills or further up Kagan Naran and being in that natural environment, breathing in the natural air there has a healing effect on both mental and physical health.

Unfortunately many Asian neighbourhoods across the UK have become hotspots for flytipping. one takeaway openes then within a year a string of takeaways open causing parking issues and litter/flytipping problems.

These mosques miss out 1 big thing to improve, the toilets, they need atleast 3 disabled toilets with 1 or 2 showers aswell.

Salaams Bro. It's good to see you moving back to the UK. Pakistan currently is totally. Messed up especially Islamabad all sealed up with goods containers due to political issues in the country.
