Not really... They would not have time to dispatch anything, much less get the phone calls. It would be National Guard, Police HQ, Army curfew, etc.

Hold ALT on units while dispatching them too scenes to wait for backup. A very handy tool you will need in the future.

I don't think ALT will work for hordes as they themselves intercept your units when nearby. The DLC really needs a convoy button.

I've played infection free zone test for a bit, and found out that the game had this prequel only yesterday. I wish that it was more detailed and we could see more stuff going on, just like in Infection free zone. Still this dlc isn't bad. If Emergency game had this type of gameplay it might just be a hit
