Are you making up the rules as you go, or did you write some ruleset or framework to follow? I know you use 5 Parsecs combat rules and an Oracle, but aside from that?

@kwalish i had a basic version before I recorded the first video, but I have added a lot of things and made some changes as I play test and record videos I'll make a video after the Showdown episode explaining the basics (and maybe another one talking about the process 🤔)
