Daxter is the title of the fifth game in the Jak and Daxter series. It is the only game in the series featuring Daxter as the main protagonist, with Jak making only a few cameos. It was released on the PSP. Daxter takes place within the two-year time-span between Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy and Jak II.

Has anyone heard of the American film studio that was formed in 1924 and was a division of Warner Bros. Discovery, called Warner Bros. Pictures?

Yet another game on my long list of games to play, it's been at least a couple of years since I repaired my PSP and still haven't actually played anything on it. At this point it would probably be more enjoyable to play PSP games on an emu, rather than on the original hardware.

Yeah it’s a fun game. Really wish Daxter actually got another game like it.

@@CrystalFissure I honestly wish they had integrated this kind of gameplay into the main trilogy, with more segments where Daxter gets to be on his own. Kind of like what they did in Jak 3 but more spread out and plot related.

@@darknessrising2453 completely agree. Daxter was a bit of wasted potential, much like Clank was (although at least they tried more with Clank).

@@CrystalFissure It's kind of why I'm hoping for a reboot instead of another re-release. Imagine it, upgrades that Daxter is allowed to keep, missions that require him temporarily leaving Jak to squeeze into small spaces, which can either help Jak advance or just allow him to get certain items. God I would love a game like that!

I’ve just found out now that this game is coming to PlayStation Plus for premium and extra members on June 18, but the game will be available to purchase separately too. Absolutely can’t wait! Now all six Jak and Daxter games will be available to play on PS4 and PS5 at long last!

Size Matters is a solid candidate for the worst RAC game (in the original timeline) if you ignore the music aspect which is one of the BEST. Secret Agent Clank actually has better gameplay, but the story is on another level of stupid. Quark Opera is 10/10 in a vacuum, however. The best part of SAC, and must be played by everyone. I like to imagine Daxter™ did well NOT because it was bundled, but because it was the last truly gr8 Jak game.

I saw the story stuff and yeah it doesn’t look great. I only completed the first couple levels. But no issue with the soundtracks - Bergeaud did well as usual.
