So with the inclusion of Dan the Man into this Lets Play, it finally gives me insight as to why exactly Matt, Jeremy and Kdin don't work as well despite being regular employees. Now don't get me wrong, I don't find the three of them as annoying as most people do, but on the whole I agree that they bring very little to the table when it comes to the regular Lets Plays, but why is that? Well now that I've seen Dan interracting with the regulars (besides Jack, who pretty much gets along with everyone anyway) I can tell that it's not a matter of personality, but more of chemistry. Dan has known these guys for a long time, and Gavin even longer, which is why he's so calm and is able to be himself. Kdin, Matt and Jeremy might have good chemistry with each other, but they don't have nearly the chemistry that Dan and the regulars have with each other. I don't think this is an indicator of their lack of talent, rather it's an indicator of their inexperience. They haven't had the time to work with these people enough to form solid relationships with them, and thus their nervousness shows as them trying to emulate them. The Achievement Hunter crew were these guys' idols, so don't try to tell me that if you were hired by AH that you would instantly be able to get over that and be completely at ease around them. I'm willing to give them time to become themselves, though if it takes too long I might agree that it would be best for them to stick to the smaller videos or the more technical aspects of AH. TL;DR Dan is more himself because he knows these guys thus works better than Kdin, Jeremy and Matt who are still nervous about working with people they idolize.

Finally, someone who can provide a very knowledgable and well written insight in the youtube comments. I completely agree, i very much enjoy the new lets builds because of how well the mates interact with each other and can play off one another. However as evident by the Far Cry let's play, Matt and Jeremy are making very good progress in connecting with the main guys and im very excited for when they can make the leap. However Dan will most likely not have the same problems assimilating much like Ryan had and the ongoing problems Matt and Jeramy have and the ever so excruciating trouble Kdin and Lindsey are having.

I do not think they try to hard they are just not used to the the paid camera on them all the time. They do good work and are funny in their own right. Rage quit is sort of being phased out. It was alternating(I think) with Play Pals. Then with Lazer Team it hasn't been in the rotation. Might be back after filming since Michael said it was going to every other week not disappearing, but who knows. Personally, I liked Rage Quit more in the "early days," for lack of a better term, than the way it has been lately. Michael isn't the angry guy he used to be he's older with a wife he's happy to be with(so now just a guy who will shout and yell a lot) and he has said before that it is emotionally draining to record RQ. It doesn't feel as genuine anymore even though he always played it up. I think it had a great run and would be fine if it ended where it is now. Would still watch it if/when it comes back.

I think this was one of the two LP's Gavin said they did with Dan around RTX this year. Dan apparently got to America early, and basically hung around AH with Gavin, since he didn't have a car, and knew nobody outside the company. I'm surprised they put this out, because Dan used Jack's machine and didn't turn off capture until the next day when Jack did so and had 16 hours of footage.

New AH lineup recommendation: Put Dan in with Let's Players (He's good, British, and a legend). Add more Franco, possibly alongside Dan (He's legitimately witty in his Five Facts and has a Ryan-esque tone, but I've heard he lives in New York so he probably can't contribute much). Keep Matt and Jeremy in the How To's with Adam and Joel since the four of them together make a great combination (They both definitely made the Murder and The Ship How To's a joy to watch). Maybe just have Kdin and Lindsay stay in their voice-acting niche.

I love this game!! ghost recon is awsome man. summit strike being my fav, but this is a great one. sad thing is no one plays it besides maybe 10 people on a good day and its always team deathamtch on that small little military map. the best thing to play is elimination with at least 6 per team. its so tense knowing you cant rewspawn and youd have a sniper post up on a hill and a machine gunner supress while riflemen flank, unlike td where everyone is MG and just rushes, if anyone is down to play post your GT

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 2 and the DLC Summit Strike had the best maps out of any FPS I have ever played .. sadly they did away with the cool big open mountain, forest, foliage everywhere maps for GRAW .. can not forget about the snow maps or the swamps or the chinese rice fields that where always raining

I'm aware this isn't the first time people have been exposed to Dan (GTA Heist, SlowMo). The others (Matt Jeremy Kdin etc) aren't that new anymore either and I'm not any less sick of them than I was on day one. This was Dan's first video and I enjoyed him in it. The point is... viewers don't dislike the new people because they're "new" ...they dislike them because they don't fit in. That's it. And stop using SMH. It makes you look like an asshole.

tmbbcck Well personally I like all the new people and dan, and how you view them is your opinion as is how I view them mine, however if I may kind sir, I think you need to chill a little, I personally don't see how the other new people are trying to hard to fit in, they seem to be acting normal (for achievement hunter standards) and fitting in fine for me, I think you need to stop reading into much into videos, however once again this is just my opinion.

Guys stop over exaggerating, if you watched this channel since 2013, Dan is the favorite and it's his first lets play, he works with Gavin in the Slow-Mo Guys, Everybody else has been here since forever, Geoff has been in almost every video and is the boss of the AH crew, this crew is Jack, Gavin, Michael, Ray, and Ryan, they've been doing these lets plays for almost 3 years, so stop bitching on every video they do, if you came here, then why are you whining, they don't care so just stop.
