The new mike's and sounds good John. The clarity from both players helps with the quality listening.

Thank you my friend x it’s a shame we can only get a two person version but it will be good for when we do just a two people set of videos like this x

To be fair Big O, you're not actually playing that badly, just a bit rusty due to lack of playing. Same for Neil too. As for the new putter, you just need a bit of time to gel with it, it'll come don't worry 😉 👍.

I know Badger, I need patience with the new toy. And yes you are right, when I edited the videos so watched what actually happened it didn’t seem as bad as on the day. Golf is a mental thing x

Have you ever heard the phrase...Play golf not golf swing.....see the shot you want to hit...have a practice swing feeling the shot....then hit it!!! Your negativity will kill your game....there is no one reason for a bad shot...it's a bad shot...we all hit them...no excuses just move on to the next one

Hi there my friend. Yes you are completely right… to be honest I was unwell on this day and my mind just wasn’t there. So when things went a bit wrong I beat myself up about it all.

Very enjoyable video. I think it is difficult to play well when play is so slow. You cant get any rhythm going
@BIGOGGIEGOLF3 жыл бұрын
It is difficult and I am sure that it’s something that many players have to deal with on busy courses. This day was a little extreme though.

Oggi the putter will do better if you go back and check the lesson ,some of the putts were good length gap between you toes and ball ?
@BIGOGGIEGOLF3 жыл бұрын
I agree Geoff, I need to rewatch the lesson a few times and then get Practising. Right now I still have a tendency to stand over the club. I need to think about my posture first.
@brianmurray41993 жыл бұрын
John just bring 1 swing thought to the course, don't think about your swing on the course and most importantly don't be so negative especially right before you play the shot
@BIGOGGIEGOLF3 жыл бұрын
Hi there my friend and thank you for commenting. I don’t mean to be negative but I worry that people who take time from their valuable time aren’t watching the quality they deserve x but I will do my best to improve x

Have you ever noticed that regardless of the price of a new putter, it never comes with the magic ability to read a green.🥴 Soft hands and a good eye and practice, practice, practice.
@BIGOGGIEGOLF3 жыл бұрын
Yes funny that isn’t it lol. And yes practice is key right now. I may have to get an indoor putting mat at this rate because we have had yet another week of storms here…

Relax Big O thats a testing coarse with barely a flat lie on it just take a breath play your game
@BIGOGGIEGOLF3 жыл бұрын
I think for me my friend I don’t look at the individual shot. I noticed when I edited part one that my first bad shot which went horribly left. In hindsight I should have realised that it was a lie above my feet and I should have aimed right as it was going to go left. It’s these things I tend to forget about.

@@BIGOGGIEGOLF Try your best to turn your shoulders a bit more on your back swing and make sure your weight is on your left leg throughout this will stop you topping it. Feel like when you are about to come into impact that your sitting/crouching rather than standing up out of it. Hope this helps mate. Let me know if it does next time it does. My name is paddy black if you want to mention me in your next video if it works for you buddy 👍
