This week is pretty special on the channel. We are lucky enough to have been invited down to film the stunning Trevose Golf and Country Club, in Cornwall.
Myself and Bernie will be taking on former European Tour Pro, James Ruth, and part-owner of Trevose, Nick Gammon in a 6-hole Grusomes match. Grusomes is where everyone tees off, but then your opponents get to choose which ball you will take and then play normal foursomes alternate shot from there, all off scratch.

I have played golf in the South West many times but have not managed to get on to Trevose so very much looking forward to this vlog. The course looks absolutely stunning. James is always a pleasure to watch - and Dan with his magic 5 wood is inspirational. Looks like you picked a perfect day for the time of year as well. Can't imagine what playing the course in the weather you had at Newquay would be like.

My favourite place on earth!! Have been going on holiday to Treyarnon Bay since I met my wife 11 years ago but have never played Trevose. Course matches the beautiful surroundings!

I go to Trevose every year for a golf tour. A truly stunning course. The 10th re-do looks an improvement, it was always a toughie. If you haven’t played this course, make the effort. Amazing

9th hole at Dewsbury District Golf Club chaps, ultimate Mackenzie design. Course was originally designed by Tom Morris, then Mackenzie worked his magic on it, then more recently (probably about 50 years ago in actual fact) the legend that is Peter Alliss made a few amendments - that's a credible bit of golf design provenance I'd say? Trevose looks beautiful, these courses just dont look like you are there in the middle of winter - stunning.
