Great video. I was interested to see it played by others as I recently played through a couple of times. My first play through went the exact same was as this video, but even now I find the rules a bit chewy and open to interpretation. My second play through proved far harder as if I’m right, Negan won’t move if he’s even near/adjacent to an insecure room. So like in this vid I ignored the first room, but after reading the rule, I think all rooms require securing otherwise Negan will just sit there shouting and beating you up. Suddenly makes the game so much harder. Same with the ‘roamers’ event. I thought if it’s all quiet/ low threat nothing will appear, but after more rule scrutiny, noise and event will still make walkers appear as the white entry point covers all quiet not just low. This is the issue though, it’s not exactly clear. I had to read through the book a number of times to get it right and even now I’m not sure. So very chewey. I hope they do an FAQ. Regardless I’m still having fun playing it. Great job on painting the minis. I’m still struggling we get through wave one of all out war.

Thanks for the series, I enjoyed watching you play this game. Do you have any tips for removing mould lines off PVC figures? I find it difficult to scrape them with a hobby knife like I would for metal and plastic figures.

20:45: John ran but you didn't roll the black dice for noise. You should have done it. I then saw some other little rule mistakes. For example, later on you killed a zombie with 2 hits and a "!", but you didn't roll for the zombie's defense (which could block the 2 hits). Then you didn't always change the threat level appropriately when you drew an event card that required it. Finally, you never lowered the threat level when survivors secured a room. When Dwight ran towards the end, you made him move one more space (6 instead of 5). However, those are just little funny mistakes. It can be there. However, if you look at the first scenario's special rules, it's written that the reputation of the group members is not looked at (the final score table is ignored for this scenario), but you only have to see who is the top dog. So Negan's confiscations and beatings were unfair. But it's Negan, so he can do it :-D

On 11:29 you placed a Walker MODEL for the noise. Shouldn't you have placed a Walker TOKEN for each threat level instead? So, in this case, one Walker token. I agree that these model are a good add for Last Days. I already have the basic book and the free expansion (Chaos Theory), and today the courier also brings me the "Seasons" expansion. :-)

Page 19 walkers attack negan. "If negan takes damage" rule. Having a problem finding negans attack or defence die rule. It seems the walkers automatically attack him if he is alone, he automatically takes 1 stamina away, this would be his damage correct? Then roll the white dice for rep on the survivors. Finding this a little off or not clear. Please clarify. Thank you

You could re-skin this game, “Here’s Donald!”. You play Sarah Sanders, John F Kelly, Rudi Giuliani, etc, as they try to navigate the petulant Donald Trump through the capital building, as he’s assaulted by all manner of adversaries. Get in his way, lose to much rep, etc, and he goes bonkers, hitting and killing his own guys ...
