@@A_Life_Worth_Living1993 there's no guarantee that we'll be able to mod it anywhere near the extent of ts4 like I have a feeling that 'mods' for CAZ will be limited to bringing in new clothes/accessories, and maybe pattern presets, and things that affect aesthetics but not functions of the game. it all depends on what the devs intentions are and what they think players want.

i don’t mind the cut scenes, they just need to be longer and in the scene, like the room I am in with my Zoi. Like a longer wedding cut scene is fine and I don’t know the limits of customization since I know making your own cut scenes are in development. But they are just too short and jarring right now. I also don’t mind a modest “try for baby” that’s not silly like the Sims, but again longer and less “pulled out of the scene”. Even a tender bed cuddle and extended long look before they disappear under the covers and we fade out would be fine.

@@captain-eliif it’s a newer gaming laptop, they should be fine on lower setting at least. Most new gaming laptops come with at least 16gb of ram and as long as their gpu has 8gb of vram they’ll prob be fine (which most. do nowadays)

I genuinely think this game might just overtake the sims 😭 just this being the base game is incredible, the graphics are realistic but not jarring, the simulation itself is so smooth, and THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL?? But after a few weeks of seeing the drama unfold and watching inzoi gameplays…yeah, may need to retract my statement. What drama? After all the empty sht Sims 4 gave us and EA milking Sims 4 like crazy.. you still EA would have the monopoly on life sims? I love the cutscenes, but I hope they make them more elaborated and longer. Wedding events in The Sims are boring and buggy, but at least we can make it the way we like, sort of. So, my suggestion for the Inzoi team, for the future: Make preset places for the weddings, preset wedding gowns and suits, guests lists, wedding cake, etc. We can select everything we like, and in the end, we could have a longer standard cutscene with all the things we included. Like a 30 second clip, or so. It would make it more worth it and satisfying!

You could for sure sit and talk and talk while eating in Sims 2 and I am pretty sure Sims 3. You just couldn’t like watch TV and run on a treadmill and build like two skills at once. I feel like this is something huge to work on for InZoi. Zois don’t need to be able to do big actions at once, but sitting and having conversations with your coworkers or family at the dinner table or out to eat is pretty massive to immersion. Edit: checked my sims 2 (haven’t played for a bit) and Sims 100% automatically converse if they are eating together at the same table. You don't even have to prompt it.

I love everything except the limiting nature of the special events. The engagement and weddings just being a detached cutscene is kind of a bummer. This is the first gameplay video for Inzoi i’ve watched where I saw anything mildly interesting. A lot of it isn’t in a style that I would enjoy playing, but they definitely have a foundation that their building that could eventually turn into something playable. Right now it’s very disjointed and doesn’t seem to be playable… Obviously it’s a demo. The graphics are lovely and the Zoies are very cute but this isn’t a game that I’m going to want to play!

2:58 I’m not sure I follow. In TS2 sure but in TS3 it was an open world, so there was way more multitasking then what’s happening in TS4. Unless you’re just jumping around households cuz the game itself is horrible at updating stories w/o MCCC.

Looks promising. Just would love different aniamtions for them based on the personality and emotion they are feeling at the time. E.g. in sims 2 some sims would eat their food really fast. Just more personality to each ZOi in general.

yeah in Sims 2 the gluttons were funny, they’d inhale their food. I can tell the InZoi devs know Sims 4 pretty well and where they’ve made basically a better Sims 4, but I would love for them to actually play Sims 2 and/or 3 and see all the amazing little character things in that game.
