This is absolutely priceless. In the future, if you do more adventure game let's plays, please remember to gather a little extra air for your poor character by "taking a breath" before diving under water. Still fun to watch though ^_^

That is funny. I played this game a lot of times but never knew to catch a breath :). I just lowered a speed to be more precise when taking bikini top. So - still learning!

these games were fucking evil, i think a close second or even first is police quest they had some nast events, or even manhunter series great games and this is a great vid because its just like how you play it instead of showing a perfect video haha all sierra games send you up the fucking wall

Always thought that too. For some reason on this playthrough I connected it to the sunscreen being washed off, which you do have to reapply. Even asked Al about it and yes, the "Oops" message is in fact Larry's weak bladder. Moral of the story, always stick with your gut.

Did you run the game in Dosbox? I remember having tons of problems in Sierra On-Line's games if the cycles are set too high. Space Quest 1 VGA's spider was a nice one on first pentiums, moved twice as faster as the player. Yikes.

God, this is painful to watch. And I cringed when you said to turn the speed up, because you should do the OPPOSITE of that. The faster the speed, the less time you have to react, and the key here is to type in the command as soon as possible. If you swim all the way to the bottom, you won't have enough breath to make it back to the top, and if you swim fast then you get to the bottom fast. But I'm glad you finally got the thing.
