Hey, man. Don't forget to smash open the tiny wooden boxes you see throughout the game, more often than not they contain painkillers and ammo. You can either smash them open with your lead pipe or baseball bat, or you can shoot them open.

@@dzwxl Remember to check the back doors of parked vans to see if you can open them, they often contain painkillers and ammo as well.

@steelydanlover1972 Gotcha, I'll make sure to keep an eye out then! I can't believe I didn't think to look there. Especially with "breakables" like the boxes you were talking about. I'm so oblivious, lol. I'll most likely have another video on Max Paye this next weekend or so, too! Just a heads up if you wanna tune into the next one! If you have any other tips as I go along, I'd be happy to hear them. I noticed I was really running out of ammo towards the end there. Especially dumping a clip into Gognitti like that 🤷‍♂️ lol Sorry, not sorry.

@@dzwxl Sometimes you're also missing the painkillers, weapons and ammo dropped by enemies when you've killed them. Don't be afraid to take your time searching around every room, area, any nook and cranny, that you can in order to find supplies and clues (the clues are those moments when Max looks off in another direction and an exclamation mark appears above his head, you go over to that thing interact with it and then it cuts to the comic panel cutsceen and voice over). You can also jump up onto buildings, and other structures to find hidden rooms with easter eggs and supplies.

@steelydanlover1972 A true legend man, I appreciate you. 🙏 I'm going to do a ton more exploring then and see where that takes me. You've just made this whole series a ton more interesting. I've noticed/taken a couple of the hints with the exclamation point above Max's head to find certain things, I just assumed the game wasn't as in-depth as you've mentioned. Truly butchered the first couple of opportunities to find things, I'm sure, but I'll try not to make that mistake again.
