I thought initiative roll tie meant automatically switched to other side.

You are right - after the first turn priority it should switch to the side who didn't have it the last time if your priority roll is tied. My bad!

@BecauseOfDragons glad to see it make a let's play. I ran a learn to play at a local game day. Goal was to get all 4 scenarios from Osgiliath in 4 hours (primarily miniature game day, 4 hour block with hour breaks). Made it through the first 3. May have been better to start like you did with scenario 2 instead if 1.
