lol "who am i to tell donkey kong what to do" was hilarious. As a DK veteran I would say there's no need to worry, you kind of just have to chill with it. When I play I have the run button held down the entire time. I never stop and hesitate unless I know I'm gonna screw up and get hurt. Once you master that, you kind of just roll with it and it's just like any other platformer. The platformer that I struggle with? the crazy wizard of oz game on snes i can barely get through the first level on that one. When I first got Crash Bandicoot I couldn't jump over the first pit, now i'm great at it and have 100 percented all the games. My parents tell a story of when they first bought Super Mario and spent all night trying to get through the first level. Don't ask me how that happened but every game takes a certain unique mindset I would say. Nice video and channel, subscribed. No one likes underwater levels. Put your hands together if you wanna clap ^ - ^ yes they were on the Gameboy the first one Donkey Kong Land was its own game but the other two were remakes of the other two SNES games. Then they made em for GBA and the first two were remakes but had new levels, the third one was almost a new game but not quite.

It was 1994 just turned 11 years old got my very first SNES and religiously played DKC everyday after school. Staying up late night weekends doing every challenge possible on this masterpiece of gaming. Till this day I’ll play and take my time playing just to feel the good old days again

Good job as a newbie playing the Donkey Kong games! I do think that at least the first one and the second should have been ranked higher but then again since you’re not used to the games I could understand where your head was at. Also I love the water levels, other games have worse water levels than DKC games. Lastly I do agree that Diddy Kong Racing is a racing gem! It was supposed to get a sequel on GameCube but it got cancelled due to Rare leaving Nintendo.

E? Oh god! It's true that the plateforming is not as good as Mario World, and sometimes the plateform visual don't align perfectly with the plateform "hitbox", and it's hard! But E is harsh. I'd had put them in A! Definitely not S, but A. B at worst!

Don't feel bad about not ranking them higher, the whole thing is that it's your opinion, after all. I don't personally care for them either, but I can see why many people do. Also, hell yeah Mickey's Speedway USA, that's a fun one that is pretty overlooked.

I played this in a livestream earlier this year and ranked it but now I’m revisiting it in its own video 😄
