I love the oura ring! It’s genuinely helped me track connections on how I’m feeling - especially with stress and alcohol. It’s helped me realize my sleep is pretty wild and get better habits with that. It is a little bulky but I wear it on my index so it’s not so bad

My mom and I watched your reset video and she was taking notes the entire time! She's retired 😂. You influenced her in the best way. Also for things that track health and whatnot, my Garmin Lily has been really great for it. It's small and cute and does a good enough job tracking sleep and stress and the health things I'm interested in. Only downside is it needs to be charged like every 4-5 days I'm very excited about your new channel! I've been watching your Stardew AP since you were still in law school and it's so exciting to see how your channel has grown 💕 I know I don't comment much, but a New Year goal for me is feeling more confident to comment more often, and participate in communities like yours that I love watching 💕

Heyy ken - I have an aura ring and to be honest I don't think that it is worth the price. This is of course my opinion and many people may still think it's worth it - but you have to pay a subscription to even see your stats from the ring (on top of the crazy purchase price). In my opinion they need more features to make it worth the price...or not make you pay for a monthly subscription lol
