I played Might and Magic 6-8 for the first time a few months ago. It was definitely worth it. Lot of great games I missed out on as a kid that still hold up. There was another one called Siege of Avalon I thought was slightly buggy but also pretty fun.

Good to know, I am definitely wanting to go through the might and magic series as well. Especially since I'm kinda the HOMM guy, would be good to get more of the picture of things. :)
