From the back door of the HUB, the levels are thus: Left is a boss fight with Lardlad. It takes a long time to find the collectibles scattered like child's playthings in there. Forward is the duel with the dolphins. Be sure to fall into the water at least once, but it isn't nearly as convoluted.
