Hi everyone! Sorry I forgot to upload this video yesterday... LOL, whoops?? Anyway! We're back today with the Capps in Veronaville, with a new baby and not much room, birthdays incoming and lots of things that we need!

🤣🤣 I've been corrected lol. Also how embarrassing that it LITERALLY DID NOT OCCUR TO ME to give the baby a Shakespearean name. I studied Shakespeare literally 7 times throughout school and university. Who even am I. SMH.

Simmers really underestimate how difficult it is to play the sims 2 with NO money. Even my family of 4 got hard difficult because I didn’t have anything to fulfill their needs faster. Like an unmodded game with cheap beds are the absolute worse. Then the cheap fridge and cookware is hard as all get out because they are constantly hungry.

Yes!! Definitely true and it is rare for me to play a family this large with no money, usually by now at least one of the parents would have a decent job!

Miranda’s low need animations lining up with the phone ringing made it look like shes annoyed with all the phone calls too haha Love your videos and am rooting for all these ‘hard mode’ families!

Amazing video as always! 😊I think Albany not getting properly fired is a bug/glitch in the game with certain careers - it’s happened to me a few times as well! Probably a blessing he didn’t actually get fired 😅😂 could pretend that they gave him a ‘warning’ haha

Yeah I've seen it happen before too but I always figured it was because of a mod I had lol. Maybe it's actually a Maxis bug!!

I think a visit from the therapist or social bunny would be -10 yes. 😂 There are at least 2 chance cards that say the sim got fired and then they just get demoted, so it was probably one of those. The college mods have never clashed with anything and I have a lot of mods.

Ah okay, I was wondering if it was maybe a trait mod or something. It was weird though because at first his job panel said "unemployed" and then it changed back to level 1

Felt so bad for Tybalt just trying to check on his cousin🤣 It’s definitely ramping up with this family now, even when I played them for reals and gave them more money it was tough so really excited to see where this goes. They had another boy for me too, I went with Thomas. Albany had the LTW to marry off 6 children so I always felt so bad that he didn’t have a 6th, but he’d have died by the time they all got married anyway😬 Hal has a broken face template btw so think thats why he looks different when he ages up! I never knew when I started playing with him. I’m sure Goneril will be able to bring in some money now! Looking forward to the next part❤️

Man, you have the _worst_ luck on chance cards in this challenge. I think maybe _one_ of them went well out of all the ones you've gotten. In a couple cases you just picked the "bad" option, but even last Capp video when you picked "turn in the role sheet," you got the 20% chance of getting the bad outcome on the "good" option. I always make Hal a Knowledge Sim in my games; he just gives me the vibe. Also, little heads up: he has one of the broken face templates, so upon hitting adulthood his face is gonna transmogrify unless you're playing in one of the "clean" Veronavilles that fixes him.

Hahaha, that's partly because I always try to choose the chance card option that I think the Sim would choose, rather than the one I think will be the "correct" choice 😅 What can I say, I live for the chaos! Thank you for letting me know about Hal's face template, I will fix that up in SimPE ❤️

Thank you for the joyful and postive energy - had a not so good day this raised the spirits. Can't remember if Dad found his hobby - maybe he can earn money by selling produce / home business. Not sure if this is feasible because it will make the challange 10 times as hard.

I am a big Sims 2-fan and I found this series when I was looking for new challenges for myself. I am actually prepping for å apocalypse challenge, but this also looks fun (and not as long). I really like the traits you brought from sims 3, it gives the game more dynamic for storytelling. Cool idea also to get the young adults to study from home, I look forward to see that! In my games I have actually almost never played with mods, but maybe I should sample a few. Watching you play I also kind of want to film some of my gameplay, but it is probably much harder and challenging than you make it seem like. Also not sure if I could be able to speak english and play at the same time, since my mother tongue is actually Norwegian. While I waited for more episodes in this series I actually started watching your Pleasantview + Bluewater Village Play Through, it has been so much fun! I have watched almost the whole series now. I kind of wanted it to last longer, at least for some families, but I guess everything has to come to an end. Totally understandable that you want to change things up and do different things. I also completely understand that you have a lot of your own life going on right now, we will be here looking forward to your content when you feel up to that again. First I was thinking that there would be no point in writing comments, since it is so long since you finished it, but after seeing how happy you still get from the newer comments I will start to share my ideas!

@@Media-fanatic aw thank you for.your lovely comment - you can always write comments on older videos if you want to, I still see them all ☺️ I know for some people when English isn't the first language they do a different style of video where they film and then do voice over, or they just talk less while filming. But even for a native English speaker, it is an adjustment to get used to talking while you play and takes lots of practise! So if you do decide to give it a go, be gentle on yourself and take your time getting the hang of it ❤️

Hey there, beautiful;) Did you ever expect how much Veronaville is messed up with the family ties? Especially those which Maxis hurried to delete and make new, but left it to us. What I mean is, do you know that there should be Viola Monty who should have been the third child of Claudio and Olivia Monty who should have been alive but they were killed. Contessa should have been alive but they killed her too. But Cordelia and Caliban should have been dead. And maybe Hero Monty too but it’s up to speculations. Well, do you know that Tybalt should have been the first born Goneril and Albany, Hermia should have been Regan and Cornwall’s daughter as even French version of TS2 shows it in his bio, Juliet should have been the only child of Cordelia and Caliban and only then we could have Hal, Desdemona, Miranda (who should have been a child, maybe a twin of Desdemona) and a little Ariel. There were a remnants of files where Goneril’s family is in huge house near Capp’s manor, while all Montys lived in their Italian style villas?
