Lucky for me my customers love tarnished silver and brass. How far in advance do you meal prep? I'll need to check with Wendy's to make sure they have our meals prepared. The only thing I'm the freezer of the fridge are ice packs and ice cubes and a pint of lemon gelato which I may eat tonight.

I love tarnish but stuff just sell better shiny. Right now I have about a weeks worth of food prepped. On weekends then as I have time to cook I will make extra and freeze it. I was most concerned with lunch prep because mornings are crazy when school starts.

How does it work on lacquered brass? Will it remove the lacquer?

I haven’t used it on lacquered brass. From the grit I would assume it would damage the lacquer.
