Today I will show you how to cook saltisone and pork head pate. My grandmother taught me how to cook these dishes. It is very tasty and not expensive!
Saltisone requires:
- pig's head - 4-5 kg
- tongue - 1 pc
- garlic - 3 heads
- mustard seeds - 50 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- pork stomach
For pate you need:
-meat and head fat - 1 kg
- liver - 500 g
- chicken meat - 1 kg
- salt, pepper - to taste
- loaf - 0.5 pcs
- eggs - 4 pcs
- semolina - 2 tbsp
- onion - 2 pcs
- carrot - 1 pc
- butter - 50 g for frying
