This is a great hack. It allows you to make like a neutral skirt and then jazz up your top for mixing and matching. I haven't made my Candi swimsuits yet. I need to try that first. I also saw the athletic dress made with the swimsuit and the shorts!! I was like WHAT??? I am doing that for sure. Gotta go get those shorts!!! Thanks Diana. And Ellie & Mac Patterns. I love this tankini top. My only suggestion would be to add shirring on the sides to provide a little more disguise for less than trim tummy lines. If you could add that to a tutorial I think there are many who need this.

I have had a double mastectomy. It’s very difficult to find pretty fabric swimsuits for mastectomy prosthesis. Sometimes I can rig up a top that has removable pads. Can you construct a top/pattern for those of us with this dilemma ? We still want to look cute
