Hi Janet. Isn't batik wonderful to work with? A bit sturdier and a tighter weave than ordinary cotton, perfect for making fabric mushrooms. What a great idea to hang a mushroom banner inside the Giving Tree, so decorative! And if anyone wants to take one home they are free for the taking. Your slow stitching is so nicely done. I need to start mine up again...and I could stitch an owl.

I got my scissors out and made mushrooms along with you to day. I had to look up what a flat Jack is in your country. They are pancakes in the US. Yours seem to be similar to a oat granola bar.

Hi Lisa I made a hole in the cans the aluminium is soft ( mind you’re hand when you do this ) then attached screws or nails to the wood to hang the cans on ❤️
