I purchased the nokon blue right after the first spray out you did a couple of months ago but did wonder about the aoi hi compair ison. Im sticking with nokon which I will be spraying my bike in the spring with a silver pin stripe. Thanks for the tutorial love both these blues

Still genuinely shocked you haven't had more chemical altercations with the Rustoleum and basecoat, I would expect a wrinkle somewhere. Keep up the good work!

@stevedyer2003 I got a cloudy finish once when I tried a gloss black rustoleum as a base. Thats why I usually use ultra matte

Boy, they are close. They both look really good. I agree, the Aoi Hi does look a little deeper. Question, when you empty a 11oz Rustoleum spray can into your gun, how much sprayable mix are you getting? Do you get 11oz from a can? I ask because there is a color, Champaign Bronze, a real nice gold color I'm thinking of using on my 1990 Dodge Trump. It is a little darker than the Metallic Sand that is on the truck. I would like to do it with a base coat and a pearl but I have no idea what to use to even get close. Thanks for the vid, Good job.

@dbc105 I'll check to see if I find that color, and test it with some pearls.. any color in mind? As far as ounces from the spray can, I had weighed an empty can and compared it to a new can, and it does say 12oz. Or very close. I'll give it another test on my next video!

Nokon looked more sparkly or silver particles. Aoi is less green? More fluid.
