I used to have a dx27, those are built great. Saw one on MTL kijiji a while a go for 180 but I missed out

Yes, great machines. I have a DX27 (not so great) and I use it to control a TX802 rackmount unit (this one is like having 8 DX7 !). But I wish I could find an original DX7 one day!
