Car is looking good. I was happy to see you wearing gloves and then making recommendations about the proper way to use the product. So many KZbinrs don't tell their viewers to use PPE. If I were to guess what the next step is going to be would be ceramic coating. Curious to see which product you decide to use. 👍✌️🇺🇸

Forgot to tell ya that I got my buddies motorcycle cleaned yesterday, got all the overspray off with a clay bar and rubbed it out with a fine compound and polish, turned out great. Thanks for the tips on the claying the chrome, looks new! Thanks again

Good stuff bro car looks amazing. CarPro does make awesome products just used this last weekend on my wife’s car. Then topped it with Cquartz U.K. 3.0 and then gliss came out amazing and so slick. Great content and again car looks awesome.

MeanBee392 I did use essence before I applied it and only one coat of each. Figured between adding reload and elixir when needed that it should be good to go . Can’t wait to see your end results and thanks for replying back.

I used Eraser recently and thought it was great based on the feel and look of the paint. I'm hearing chatter that Detox is better but how the hell's a working stiff just trying to keep his ride well kept really going to ever know the difference-if there's even one? Perhaps Forensic Detail will tackle that topic in the future.

Nice and thanks for the feed back on how the eraser worked for you as well. Yes it thought it did a good job and it did leave the paint looking and feeling a bit better and different. That is interesting but like you said how are we to know when we are just doing it part time and not all the time like a pro. I would love to see Forensic do a video on them! Great to see you are using it. I have one eraser from Griots Surface Prep, Meguiars, Ethos Detox and same one from CarPro. The ones from Ethos and CarPro are greater in spray than the one from Meguiars but the ones from Griots and Meguiars are more available, and the one from Griots is a great foaming prep. Yes this was my first time but now after using it I think it should be used every time after a polish. I have been hearing a lot about the Detox and now I am wondering about that product. Does the car pro eraser smell like orange juice? I'm asking that because I have purchased one bottle online and it came open, and smell like orange, exactly the same as Gyeon clay lube. I'm thinking if they put Gyeon clay lube inside because it was the last bottle for sale before I bought it.

It smells like fresh citrus to me but not necessarily like orange juice. Hopefully they didn't do that. If you have both I would spray them on a small test spot and wipe them off and the CarPro Eraser should flash much faster than the clay lube. Hopefully that helps.

@@MeanBee392 Thanks a lot bro! I've checked the liquid color and it matches what I've seen in videos, (a light transparent blue liquid). It's not the same color as Gyeon clay lube, (opaque light blue), but the smell is identical, it has the same citrus smell, a little more intense. The bottle doesn't look new and was open like I said, but I imagine they probably fill it with a liter bottle of the same liquid. Anyway, I didn't have time to test it but I'm going to do the test you advise me, just to be sure. Thank's again!

You're welcome! Yep the Eraser should be a transparent blue in color. That's crazy that they smell the same. Hopefully testing it out that way will help you also to try to figure out what you got.

What do u use to strip old sealants and waxes?

I will use a strip wash then followed by and Iron remover and that will remove any of the old waxes or sealants. Hopefully that answers your question and is helpful. Thanks for watching and commenting buddy! 🐝

What kind of chemicals? It is a must to use after polishes because they can leave a bit of an oily residue behind. This will clean the surface so the paint protection you chose will bond properly. Hopefully that helps.

You can but if you are going to apply a paint protection you want the surface to be as clean as possible so it can bond properly.
