Not with the political fallout that would have occurred. Could you imagine what Trumps PR would do with that if he had? The fact that you or I would personally have supported Trudeau, or any other Nations leader in the same kind of situation would not matter. When has rump's media machine, or his die hard supporters really cared about the truth after all?
@robert-e8k9h14 күн бұрын
@@alganhar1 You are, of course, correct in observing that national leaders are not at liberty to react in a personal way given their larger responsibilities. However, given that we've been shown time and again that their is no such thing as an appropriate or politic response to tRump's provocations one might as well salvage personal dignity from the wreckage that ensues whenever he opens his mouth. His whole life is a continuous middle finger to the rest of humanity. What reasoned course is there to deal with such behavior?

I laughed when Canada suggested that Washington, Oregon and California join Canada as a new province. Then Donny Boy would not have to contend with those blue states. Of course the US would no longer be the economic powerhouse it is now, but I'm sure Donny Boy doesn't care about that.

As bad as Ford is, I’d rather see him as the Canadian Tory leader than their current dipshit boss Pollievre. Ford at least has the balls to stand up to my incoming asswipe of a President. Little PeePee just uses Trump’s BS as an excuse to make petty swipes at Trudeau.
