Posture matters!
Sit and stand like a ballerina. Slouching causes shortening of the neck muscles at the occiput and lengthens and weakens the muscles under the chin. Angel wind exercise to strengthen and correct posture. Do not look down at mobile devices, books, etc. Hold them out in front of you. Keep computer monitors at eye level.

Consider no retinol or small dosage retinol in a balmy base.
