Hello & thank you Ms. Dixon for your testimony, & your encouragement as well. I also had lived like the prodigal son once upon a time in my life. I had no desire to serve the LORD, & even told my mother one day that she needed to stop crying & praying for me all of time. But on Nov. 14, 2008 i was diagnosed with leukemia, & at that very moment GOD spoke to me & told me that i was already healed, but He was going to allow me to go through the leukemia because i kept running away from HIM & that He needed for me to come back to HIM. He used that time to work on me, & i gave my life over to HIM in January of 2010, at Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Marion, IN. December of 2010 i went for another leukemia check up, & the oncologist said, wow Mr. Jackson, according to your test results, you never even had cancer! And i was like, HALLELUJAH! I told you what GOD said that He was going to do! And i am so glad that my momma prayed for me! I never saw myself as being a Deacon in GOD's church. But GOD had plans for me that i didn't know about. And so at my church is where i received my first Daily Bread magazine, & i just thank GOD for you & all of the others in the Daily Bread organization! GOD Bless you all! And May you all continue to be a Blessing to myself as well as others!
