Let's talk about Honda Navi's price in the US (Getting gas on my Super Cub)

Just sharing my opinions on the extremely high markups on the Navi in the US.

In Perú I paid 1,099 US dollars for my brand new Navi. This price included taxes, box and some accesories. I am really happy because I always wanted to have a motorcycle just for fun. The Navi Is really affordable and Easy yo use.

In California $3309 is ridiculous

in Texas they paying like $3800 $3300 depends on dealer , some are extremely greedy this is $1807 he should cost no more than $2300 after tax and all fees.

in the philippines they have honda wave that is only about $900.....small bikes in US are overpriced

Good video... I was planning on getting a navi in Illinois and the cheapest quote I got was 2619.49.

That isn’t too bad. Does that include registration and tax? I’ve seen many quotes for over 3000 without reg and tax.

@Nemanja he said the walk out the door total was 2619. So I am assuming It is. I called 2 other locations and thier quote was over 3100.

@@themystx2 2600 otd is not too bad. tbh, there isn't much one can get for 2600 which is kind of sad as in other places 2000 gets you a great 125 bike. Anything above 2600 feels just like a full ripoff, in my humble opinion.

Bought a grasshopper green navi today out the door price $2038.00 picking one up a red one for my wife next week-for the same price.

That’s a great price just saw Quasi motards video. He paid just under 2700 in Texas. In Illinois the lowest I found was just under 3000

If in South America it sells for 1000, why the heck are we paying more than double, sometimes triple?? But that’s just how it is

I’m really thankful for the dealer near me, quoted $2,057 out the door. Will have to pay registration and taxes on my own but that’s not difficult. I live in SW Tennessee and will be getting the bike from a dealer in NW Mississippi. The $50 over MSRP and freight is some MS state fee they’re required to charge. I have a Honda Monkey 125 and this Navi is going to be for my wife to start riding with me.

That is a great deal! I prefer to do things that way! Let me get my bike at it’s price and I’ll pay registration on my own! Good to hear some dealers do it the right way!

This was a relaxing watch - I like the crate! It has a rustic/utilitarian vibe to it. I agree with dang near everything you said. I'd much rather get a Super Cub if the Navi is gonna cost as much and the matte black doesn't suit the fun and cheerful personality of the cub. You mentioned they're not selling well; perhaps they're hoping to appeal to a younger crowd with the matte black color way.

Thanks man! That’s what I was going for. I could have easily added a plastic crate but It just didn’t suit the personally of the cub for me. Also, I think you might be right about the matte black. I was 29 when I got the cub and whenever someone would stop to talk to me it would be an older gentleman surprised that I am riding it. Idk if it is aimed at the older generation, but I feel like it can suit anyone from 16 to 96 years old. I do however wish they brought the light blue over. Hopping Navi does well, but am super annoyed that some dealers are charging almost double for the otd price. Me and a friend are planing a feels trips along the Mississippi this spring and summer so I am excited! PS if anyone from IL or southern WI wants to ride, let me know! I got two bikes and am always happy to have someone ride one of them!
