Hello Miss Maud, thank you so much for the informative videos! I was quite confused about career choice but now i am considering Chartered Accounting thanks to your amazing videos! I just had a few questions about getting qualified, when someone applies for articles after highschool, can the application be sent through mid year of form 6 before exams? and also what personal qualities are realistic for someone to be sure that they can manage articles after highschool? Thank you so much.

Hey Donna. Yes please ma'am, i love to hear this. About applications, its best to apply after results, as that is the universal criteria that these firms consider. In terms of personality, a team player, a hardworker, person with determination (work and school are a lot and this needs someone with good follow through with decisions). All the other skills you can learn on the job.

Hey Maud I have a question which isn't related to this . Will I be able to do my articles directly in Zim after passing CTA in SA ? . The big 4 firms here don't want to take foreigners without permanent residence. It's a heavy priority for me to do my articles via a big 4 firm, because of my future plans. I would really appreciate your response on this 🙏🏾
