Nice! Many people overlook the hammer fist but only think of ground and pound. When developed properly it's a nasty tool to add as you demonstrated. If you're ever interested, give me a holla and I will share how the Hakka arts bring the hammer to life. I trained in and taught Yau Kung Mun/Pak Mei(sister arts), and Burning Palm. Mainly their fighting and conditioning methods. Bless!
