I have a very interesting story about my acan echinata. I recently had an aiptasia outbreak in my tank, and one aiptasia was about a half inch away from my echinata, but not stinging it. I sometimes look in my tank at night when the lights are out, and one night looked in and seen this coral consuming that aiptasia. It had expelled all its mesenterial filaments (looked insane) and blanketed the aiptasia. The next day there was only a small foot left to the aiptasia, and then the following night the coral finished off that aiptasia, that aiptasia never came back. 😊 I thought this was the coolest thing I’ve ever seen in my tank, so I had to share that.

That's a great looking cup you have there for your coffee lol. Great info as usual. Out of all the corals you discussed, the one that I've had the most trouble with has always been the Elegance coral. I've had 5 or 6 of them throughout the years and although I can keep them alive, they never seem to thrive.

Hey Mark great video as always. I think it's important to convey that LPS vs SPS is strictly for hobbiests. Gives us a generality for care but has no scientific meaning.

Drives me crazy when people complain their trident doesn't match their hobby grade test kit. The trident is a much more precise machine than your hand test. My tank has seen great results dialing in my dosing with the trident results.
