You literally described me in the first 3 minutes lol. I’m doing slimming world online because I can’t find a group to suit me hours wise. I’ve not been very good with logging food and Morrisons is next door. So I’m getting there but at hard. I lost 3ibs but put a 1b on. It’s just trying to learn new ones of eating! Xx

Hi Claire, some really good ideas there, thanks. I boil eggs and leave them in their shells in the fridge because they last for a week. I like scotch eggs and also the SW breakfast loaf because it is syn free and SP friendly. Other HEB ideas are the Roberts oat loaf that is a full size loaf and you can have 2 slices as well, the Lebanese wholemeal flat breads that I personally use to make a batch of pizzas and freeze as well as cheesy garlic bread. If you're able to have a sanwich toaster in the staff room then making a sandwich ready and taking it to work then toasting it in the chilly weather is really nice. I get the Lidl chicken bites from their lunch section because for 80g it is 3.5 syns and I love them with the Lidl cornachons with honey that are free and speed. I have that if I'm not prepared along with a low syn yoghurt and fruit. There are many options but sometimes I think we can all lose inspiration and need some reminding of the things we can have and stick to plan. Kind regards Angeline ❤️ xx

Thank you ☺️ do you mean alcoholic drinks or soft drinks ? I recently tried non alcoholic gin that was great alternative and much lower in syns, I love a white wine spritzer or a regular g&t. I drink plenty of sugar free squash and water plus I’m a Pepsi max fan and tea lots of tea 😂

I am exactly the same - a sandwich and crisps girl. If I have a sandwich I want a packet of crisps lol 😂. Great minds think alike - I was just about to mention the Aldi Essential bread lol 😂. I love ❤️ it and you get more than nimble bread which used to be the only option years ago. I do get the pitta ones too and the WW ones are great. I keep looking for lighter than light mayo but can never find it. lol 😂. I’m going to get those hula hoop crisps. They are lovely 🥰. Tinned food is always handy. I’ve got the tinned chicken from Aldi - not tried it yet. I like to take the Hartley jellies, muller light yoghurts or baby bels or fridge raiders. The big packet is 3 syns which is still good and good for protein. I had my 2nd weigh in on Wednesday and lost 4 lbs and week before 2.5 so I need half a pound next week to get my half a stone. I do have a way to go but it’s all about small goals ❤ Thanks so much for sharing ❤xxxxxx

@@clairemariehoward you can get it from Aldi. It’s Bramells tinned chicken in a white sauce. It’s a sun for the whole tin. It’s great to have as a change with jacket potato, pasta. I’ve bought some of the light bachelors noodles. Those hula hoop crisps are lush and feel like a real treat. I need to pick up some more lol 😂 xxx

Hi claire, im just watching through some of the older vids, i have a question about the hexb.. if i have the aldi wholemeal loaf sandwich for lunch, does that mean i can't have the hifi bar in the evening? As I would have to syn it? As ive already used my hexb? Thanks, Sarah x

Hi Sarah yes you only get one hex b a day so that would be two slices of the Aldi essentials wholemeal loaf or 2 hi fi bars , absolutely you can have both if you use one for your hex b and syn the others x
