Hi Claire, those meals looked amazing. I've already got a two drawer salter air fryer that is just over a year old and I've got an Asda one that is 6.4 litres. I don't have a full cooker at present and I've been using an electric two ring plug in hob. I must say if and when I need to replace my two drawer one I would go for the one gifted to you.
