Players have every reason to be upset or skeptical regarding Payday 3's current state and the future. Players were mislead and had their trust stolen by Starbreeze for the terrible launch of the game and the lackluster start of Operation Medic Bag, so no duh people are still on edge. A hate bandwagon will always be present even when the game gets good (If it ever does). Even content creators who may seem like debbie downers (Like KKnowley) have every right to be upset or discontent with the state of the game. I feel as though saying "Payday is back" after one singular DLC is just being too lenient. I won't lie and say that the recent DLC isn't fun or that the game isn't at a better state now, because it is. But there are still glaring issue with the game that, until they're solved, are holding the game back from being "Back." (IMO The skill and armor system need only minor tweaks to be good.) I have been a supporter of this franchise. I may not have been playing the game since launch, but I have seen Starbreeze fumble previously and I have seen multiple games fall around me. I don't want Payday 3 to meet that same fate. So when I say that "Payday 3 is good, but it could be better." I'm saying that from the bottom of my heart. So when my loving support for this game gets rewarded with a "Matchmaking Error" screen, yeah no shit I'm gonna be upset. tl;dr: We aren't back yet. We just barely finished the U-Turn out of a fucking DWI.

I agree with most of this. However i believe the dlc that they release are really good and have solid amounts of replayability. But they desperately need to add more free content for those who own or don't own dlc's My biggest grudge with the community is that they shit on the game for things that are not correct or that are false and makes everyone else believe in their bullshit

I consider myself a supporter. I bought the Gold version on Xbox and after two months I will have a PC. I will buy the Gold version again. I don't like buying things separately. Sure I'll play Payday 2 but if Payday 3 doesn't improve it will be a waste of money Google Translation

Id suggest waiting for payday 3 to get its other 2 dlc's and then wait for a discount maybe, but again thats your choice.

I did specify why i think it can last long and its because of the dlc's impact and as well as the free content plus i understand the toxicity was slightly too much

I belive that currently the bigest risk to payday 3 is the game not being profitable enough to someone that looks at playernumbers

@@just1randomboyoit won't if the DLCs aren't groundbreaking and not replayable like all the current heists, you play them once, you played all of them. Also they need to at least say they are willing to change skills and armour again, as most people think they never said they wouldn't be down to do it.

@@antynomity i mean thats how payday 2 literally is, you played em once you already witnessed everything, but i feel like due to payday 3 being more intense and have a better gunplay than payday 2 it does somewhat have a better replayability to it. When it comes to armor/skill rework i don't think its that much of a huge priority to be reworked as there are alot of builds you can make but considering how everyone is relying on the same meta builds 99% of the time explains how much *Creativity* people have.

let's get real on this one, fleekazoid(at least, from my point of view) jumped on the bandwagon of ragebait that most game forums had been on ever since the disastrous launch. SBZ learns from it's mistakes A WHOLE LOT. they care about the community, they have a right to be scared that the plug would be pulled out of em, but IF and only IF the upcoming DLCs and updates will bring more and more people(which means also, more sales, profits, and so on and so forth), I highly doubt it will be the case. PAYDAY is gonna be back, soon™and I'm all here for it

i Feel like boys in blue peaked at 3,2k players because the servers were down until around midnight (cet) in the middle of the week. Im pretty sure we could have easily peaked at 5k (atleast). Also nice video

Would you think payday 3 would be better if you can wear a guards uniform. you can go in private areas but not secure areas without higher authority

I just dont think Starbreeze can afford to abandon the game, not even in financial terms, but for their reputation and when they start marketing Baxter. I think the games getting better with wvery update and with each update more people have been returning. I think it can definitely make a comeback

I agree with everything you said in this video the game is not bad it’s just mid it has so much potential just needs good updates implemented in by listening to the community
