when i saw their second match i had my hopes down because how many CGI they used the manga is way better than anime but anime still got its moments with the goal animations

I have to wholeheartedly agree with Manga > Anime for Blue Lock. The manga art is just so incredible along with the fact that oddly enough feels more fluid than the anime itself. Also, nice to see you back on the comment section and I appreciate your continued support!

Yeah, the CGI moments suck, I noticed that they would mostly do it for far away shots or shots with a lot of characters on the field, but there are times where it's so ugly...and with a manga like this, it's go big or go home, there shouldn't be any shortcuts. Also, there is some dialogue that could have made a scene or character come alive more that was cut down or cut out, yet we get the corny dialogue/name calling from the manga left in. Finally, I felt the art has taken dips in some episodes, and the pacing seems a bit fast? Even though they are being faithful to the source material from what I can see. This was an anime I never wanted, I was having enough fun with the manga...but I just hope they improve on these problems so that it can finish strong and not be remembered as a disaster.

I whole heartedly agree with you take! I hope they take a step up in production especially in the next few arcs of the show where an actual jump in production would not be too difficult to execute (especially the next trial) Also if you do enjoy my content I would appreciate a sub for more stuff like this. Appreciate your insight into everything 😀
