I think Mattel did a better job for the Ariel dolls, but the Disney ones are okay not liking it. Edit: Also why does the Disney Ariel dolls look creepy with that smile and the little two eyes for some reason 😣

Is it me or Ariel's blue dress looks a bit boring? In the original movie, she had the white and blue dress who was cute and the magnificent pink dress. Here, it's too simple. There's nothing unique or elegant about the dress. If i was a collector, i would find that doll dissapointing 😟

On a side note: can we talk about how people who didn't like the movie are called racist for no reason? It's fucked up and is honestly detrimental to the fight against racism. On another note, the dolls for this movie are beautiful. I have no idea why they didn't put in the time and effort that they put in on these dolls for all of the other live action films. Gives me a weird feeling.

the movie was cute but scuttle flounder and Sebastian bother me i generally dislike the live action versions of the disney movies i love the dolls 3 of mine have mtm bodies i forget the dark black girl i cant find a body dupe for i found tonners that look similar to ariel and eric my tonner version Casual Chic jac her hair is too dark but Jac's skintone totally works and black tie Matt has rooted hair i can reroot Jac but my arthritis i got the hairline done but my hands were screaming
