anxiety is fear. and fear is what this material world creates when we become too absorbed in it.

A good affirmation: I am not my emotional flashbacks. A lot of anxiety can come from trauma that is stored in your brain and your body is just trying to protect you from something that was once a threat to your safety (people, places, things) so it sends you some flight anxiety so you can run away faster (increased heartbeat, blood pumping etc) it's good if you can affirm the feeling is not you and that it's your brain trying to protect you :) from there you can feel it for what is actually is. A messenger.

yeah but the message is still about a ''danger'' that's not real, that maybe was real in the past. Wtf are you supposed to do then?

@@High_Gain_Pity_Party give up trying to control it basically and let it happen. judging it and trying to stop it makes you get more anxiety and having shame towards your expression of it makes you supress it even more.

Nature is our free therapy, being able to absorb some warm sunlight and breathe in that fresh air is really all I need to feel better again. Especially after being so cooped up with being busy or successful in our daily lives, going outside every now and then helps maintain mental balance.

The one thing that has helped me to transform my anxiety was that our body perceive anxiety and excitement very similarly and you can change a meaning of your uncomfortable feeling and start to feel excited. It really works for me. It’s like you are excited but you judge it in a negative way, maybe you can’t really understand the feeling. But it’s just your capacity to feel something. Not good, not bad.

Faith and practice💭 my social anxiety is ruining my chances with relationships and friendships. Being alone a lot makes it ten times worst. I’m comfortable with myself but I’m not comfortable with other peoples company. Most people ghost after a while.. They can feel when I’m uncomfortable. Going to the gym helps though.. idk

Maybe the people your around aren’t on the same level as you. I suggest you ask yourself if your at the best version of well-being? Are you attracting positivity? Have you healed ? DONT GET IT TWISTED I’m going to through same thing... but I’m getting better. I was at the point where I couldn’t get off my car to go buy groceries. I would take 10 mins, calm down, get off, notice people looking at me, BOOM ANXIETY. There I go overthinking everything that DOESN’T MATTER! It’s all in your head My mom once told me “Be yourself so others can be themselves too. “ I will one day when I learn to love myself. 🤝🙏🏻👋🏻 Anyways your not the only one ! I bet your an amazing person. We’re all getting through this together! Have a good day!

@melissaview5874 3 жыл бұрын
@@arlenyacosta4580 I know it’s the worse feeling. This is what I do... Just breathe... Look around everyone else is getting off their car and buying the things they need. Breathe You are worthy of going into this store and shopping. (I say this because I notice myself judging how I’m dressed or what shoes I’m wearing how my hair looks. Etc) Breathe Everything will be okay. You are safe. Breathe Now think worse case scenario. Example I walk in and fall in front of everyone and embarrass myself 😂 . Okay that’s not too bad. Who cares right ? (PLUS WE CANT LIVE IN FEAR) At the end of the day... it’s all about not caring what people think of you. In reality everyone is just thinking about themselves. What also helped is realizing I’m not the only one who feels this way. Other people are in their car hesitating too. Once you overcome that feeling over and over trust me it gets better! You become more independent. You feel more confident knowing that you are no longer that person. I believe in you! I’m sending lots love and positive energy towards you. 💕💞🔮✨I hope this helps

I deal with emotional anxiety. It's very scary having to learn how to control your breathing to come back to normal. It is based out of fear of any form of situation that triggers it. Relaxation and meditation does help to clear your thoughts and control your mind and body. I don't talk much about it but this is truly a community we can openly express it.

Thank you for these videos for making us feel peaceful and encouraged and supported. For me, I often tell myself that don’t trust the little voices in the mind and trust more of my own ability to overcome the challenges or anything in life. The mind is always limiting us, telling us how difficult it is. But that’s not always true. Believe in your ability which has proven yourself many times probably. Just start working on it, you will find it much more easier than what your mind has imagined to be. Have a little faith. Hope everyone will find inner peace within. Be happy and healthy. Bless all of us.

Hey man I use to deal with that too , 4 months ago I had shoulder surgery when I was 14 now 19 I had knee surgery and I feel like that’s when it started . I use to touch my body so much to make sure everything’s okay, I use to feel everything I use to get so scared when I felt a bit of chest pain, felt my throat dry anything an that caused panic attacks , I did not know how to stop but really you have to dig deep and think about it and understand that people are going through way worse things but that didn’t even help me, It all roots through fear LITTERALY all FEAR this world breeds FEAR in us from wanting us to take medications all these symptoms that are normal symptoms that could be causing all these so called DISEASES or HEALTH ISSUES I’m telling you and everyone else reading this we’re all getting played like a game this is not to scare you but to wake you up and understand just as this man on KZbin that I came across two days ago we will all get through it . Are body and mind is so much stronger when you put it all together and BELIEVE. Affirm yourself like he says , today I felt like I was getting on edge a bit Laying in my bed with ANXIETY fuck that I affirmed myself out loud . Love all of you

(sorry it's long, thought this kinda goes along with Hindz and hope it helps some who deal with anxiety) So I have been battling anxiety since I was a child, but I didn't know that's what it was. It shaped me in ways that when I got older I realized and learned about anxiety/depression. Many people in my immediate family suffer from it, but I'm the only one that actually tries to fight it (though 90% of the time I fail because I was letting depression set in). I always hated it when people said, just think happy thought when your sad and depressed. It was clear to me that most people who say they are depressed, are actually just having a down day or week. During the depression "moments" I get, sometimes triggered by nothing, I don't realize what I am going through at that moment, so there is no "think happy thoughts", my BF has to pull me out of bed and make me get active or try talking about it. I told you all this because I now can notice (most of the time) when I'm starting to go downhill. I start writing out everything I have been doing recently. Low and behold, my list isn't very long and it doesn't include any physical activity. Also I get high anxiety (for example here is a recent experience)- I had to break up with my BF because he was making me feel like I was the fault of every negative thing in our relationship and the source of every argument and that I changed after 6 yrs of being together (he drank alcohol from 7am-10pm everyday-including during work-functional or not-it's a problem). I would share my feelings and he would say thats my perspective, agree to disagree. wow, he was the love of my life. So the love of my life, I started losing the emotionally connection with him. What I'm going to explain next, you can use in many ways. He would blame me, attack me for things I never did and I always felt like I needed to defend myself or justify my actions or reactions (I'm not perfect by any means), manipulation began after the breakup through texts and that would set my mood for the day, I would be in bed, or on the couch etc.Until I decided I needed a new start, with new things and this included new thinking (I'm going through this now-I will be capturing my journey and putting it on KZbin) and anxiety had no room if I am to get everything I need/want done. My 3 kids and I need ME back. So I made a decision to not give in and believe anything negative was true. However I accepted what he felt or his family, though false, and do not respond to these comments, as they only give power to those giving them to you. Well in hindsight, you are giving yourself the power and that is such an amazing feeling. It also breaks the control that anxiety has over your life and makes you feel powerful. I was told for the 1st in many years, that I look happy and different (a good one). This is situational anxiety but we can use it for when anxiety hits for reason. Accept it, write down what you have been doing, then write down what you need to do, No matter where anxiety comes from, environmental or chemically from your subconscious, it's the dark giving you trepidation and your brain turns that into uncertainty, birthing anxiety. At the start of fear and uncertainty, like Hindz says, accept it, look at it as an opportunity and a lesson. Keep VIBING!!!! (hope there's no mistakes)

I loved your comparison with spider haha I’m currently really struggling with my anxiety, it’s teetering on agoraphobia and it’s been hard. But, I’m also grateful because my fear is teaching me a lot about how I see the world and is giving me the opportunity to truly chose love and compassion for others.

This is such a good representation of anxiety. I myself have allowed this world to guide my judgement and cloud it with anxiety, and instead I need to take the outside in instead of letting the outside take me....🧘‍♂️

Your voice is so relaxing and calming! Yo, I suffer with horrible social anxiety and at times it gets so intense and insane but watching your videos help me! I am slowly exposing myself, I don't want to avoid my entire life you know? Face fear which is false evidence appearing real.. haha but it feels so real at times. I finally realized that I need to stop running from anxiety because it is just getting out of hand if I always run from it! Hope you feel better BTW! keep up the amazing videos

I just wanted to say: Thank you so much! Your content has helped me tremendously in the last couple of days. I tried many attempts at reaching my goal and every time I failed until I thought I couldn't continue anymore. The sheer thought of failing again has paralized me for the last 3 weeks. With your help I have learned to forgive myself and go again! :-) Just today I watched your 150k subscribers video and my heart was filled with love and compassion for you because: You deserve it!

love your vibes and content so much...I 100% agree that mental health is important and I want more than ever to remain calm, but with everything going on in the world I find it heard not to worry. I start school next week and just feel an overwhelming rush of anxiety, because I remember how stressed I was last semester and on top of that I have to get used to online learning. but this video really put things into perspective for me and helped me take baby steps to over come that anxiety. I'll try my best not to put so much pressure on myself and to be proud of the tiny achievements
