Let’s Talk Science - Donut Economics: Rethinking the Economy

In conjunction with the Environment Committee, this is the first of two sessions on Donut Economics. This relatively new, internationally prominent, and radically different approach to economic thinking substitutes an emphasis on growth, with its inevitable and widening gap between haves and have nots, with an emphasis on an economy in which everyone thrives. Adam Pickersgill, founding member of the Seattle Donut Economics Coalition, leads the presentation. The second session will be on November 12th at 7:30 pm.
