Thrift tip: before you buy swimsuits make sure to test the elastic by stretching it. Elastic goes crunchy when it’s old or if it was put in the dryer. (Don’t put swimsuits in the dryer!)

I live in a tiny town in Manitoba and the only thrift stores close are MCC. We have a furniture/housewares only one in my immediate town and a clothing one in the next tiny town over. They aren't huge stores and I definitely don't find stuff nearly every time I go, but they are the most reasonable thrift stores ever.

It’s a Canadian clothing store but they also have the cutest home decor section. My shower curtain is from them! I think most of their stores are in Quebec and Ontario, but I’m pretty sure they ship to British Columbia. Much love from the other side of Canada!

Jenna before you make your shower curtain, which I think the one you make will be amazing. I was shopping for one at one time, I looked at my local thrift stores and had no luck. Went to Marshalls and found just what I was looking for. I Love It! If you have a Marshalls in your area, just check it out. You might get lucky like I did. 💗

Dude finding shower curtains is so much harder harder you would think. I wanted to redo my bathroom and it took 6 months to find a shower curtain I thought was okay. It isnt even perfect but I guess the perfect one does not exist lol
