The place is so big, you need transport from one end to the other. It has 44,000 students as I remember. It is as you said a town by itself, with banks restaurants, hair dressing salons and a lot more.Serene enviroment.

YES! It's HUGE! Oh way more than that. The website said 61,000 but actually when I checked students enrolled for 2023 it was up to 67,000. And yes I liked the fact that it was in Accra but still felt like you were in a quiet area. Was a nice place to visit.

Knust is about 5× the size of University of Ghana. Knust sits on a 263,000 acre land while UG is merely 50 acres
