Nice - Chips are all angular, golden brown and crispy, great burgers and menu. I would have gone for the Whopper too. Worth going back for the Juicy Lucy.

Oooh Yeah!... 😋 That Wembley Whoppa Burger & Chips looked absolutely delicious Greggo... A decent feed with literally everything you could ever want or need... A Soft Bun... Tasty Smash Burger... Salami... Cheese... Fried Onions... Pickles... Tomato... Lettuce... Beetroot... Barbecue Sauce... Mayonnaise... Seasoned Chips... So for the price of $13.50... It did seem a little on the high side... But actually when you think about the fact that they didn't scrimp on anything at all... It was filled with plenty of very tasty ingredients mate... And as it was an independently run store and not part of a much larger chain... I think that they did a cracking Burger & Chips for the price mate... Typical by these bloody Lairs‼️ Btw Greg, most hamburger joints that I used to go and even back in June when I had to come back home to Melbourne and Sydney - as we used to move around in my father's job, as I was on conferences in June, (now living in the US since 2010 with my own family),... I noticed that they still have beetroot. But at some when u ask if they have it, they say it's an extra 50-70c, if it's an extra topping ingredient for them. You shouldn't have to pay for it, as it's part of Aussie tradition. It should be, you can have it or not, and not pay extra. Even Americans say, WTF have beetroot on it?, but it's alright for them to have a pineapple ring on their burger. I won't eat at McDonald's, but will have a Whopper at Hungry Jack's. I'm annoyed that they don't have the Aussie Burger anymore there since early 2021.
