Yes, Veteran Miner provides the correct cables for the Octoserver. Ask me how I know... LOL Yes, it is able to support 16 lanes x 6. I am running it and it works.

For checking that cables are seated correctly, I always use chopsticks! They work great for getting into tight areas without worrying about scratching/damaging anything. They also work great for releasing the pcie clip for gpus. I sent you a pair in the last package I sent you (s9 i think) and you joked that I was being racist...lol

It says REVERSE-EPS, no clue if that is different from normal EPS cable, but the pinout is printed there, so you can just make your cables like that. Or you can always use pcie extension cable from the included cable.

You could just use pcie splitters you always use on GPU, they will extend long enough to reach 3090 power connectors and use all 3 separate if you want to deliver enough power.

RPM get epyc on mining ... that thing should be a monster to mine on the cpu with, that being said you should have 0 issue with that cpu for basically any load you throw at it. Epyc are the big dogs in the world of server chips.
