I've had 3 of this exact same model and they all suck. This first one gave me this error: Touch controller self test failed error. I turned it off and on and literally left it sitting off for a month and it would not let me blend anything. So I contacted them and they sent me a brand new replacement. Same error after only a couple of months and weeks of not being able to use my blender at all. So they sent me another one that was supposedly examined and built very carefully (why weren't they all done this way?) And it has had the same error, but not for weeks at a time, just for a few days here and there. This is a persistent problem for this model and I would never recommend it to anyone.

That’s one power pack of a blender! But I would have loved them make smoothie cups so there’s a different cup for smoothies, other than that, great choice sis!
