the "flex that didn't do anything" was Sauron erupting that volcano to blow away the blizzard that the lich king was using to hide himself. Note that all the snow gets blown away and right after Sauron says "I see you"

To me, Deku vs Asta is in the same vain as naruto vs ichigo. Two titans of Shonen with differing powers going against each other, I feel like its gonna be very close. Deku has a lot of hacks in the manga currently. With transistor and fajin, and astas many forms, I feel like it’s gonna be a very interesting fight. And very fun!

The thing is most of Asta insane feats are due to him having anti-magic. Super OP in a verse revolving around magic. Not so much fighting someone like Deku. So Asta will probably be reduced to just a big fast beatstick. If that's the case I'd say Deku has a more than fair shot at winning. He just has so many different abilities at his disposal that he can combine and use in such various ways. Plus base/low OFA Deku has Light dodging feats via Aoyama. Then you add on the OFA amps and Fajin, Overdrive, Float. He might just overwhelm Asta.

So glad it’s not Deku VS Gon and/or Asta VS Meliodas. That trailer literally made me burst out laughing after I saw it on Sunday, and considering how shitty some of the community reacted to it, I couldn’t have asked for anything else. Aside from that, good episode. High 9/10, most of it from my bias for Sauron, but the analyses were great with an animation so godlike that carries the score to a third degree.

(I am little late but) Is there any Best Death Battle Matchups for Deku. Without been a stomp and have one matchup being a fair or even fight between twos. Gon can easiest STOMPS Deku. (At since from what I heard of) Kamala Kahn/Ms Marvel from what I heard is Deku most popular matchup. But then again, She could have a feat like grabbing the moon and crush Deku with it. Or faster than light. And Deku stomps Ruby Rose, Miles Morales, Tanjiro. Hajime Hinata Maybe? Izuru Kamakura could do just nothing and Deku gets a heart attack and dies. And just his luck will make Deku strongest attack weaker than Izuru weakest attack.

Said this in another reply but what we meant was: Gandalf and Dumbledore one shot each other; Gandalf via stat stomping and Dumbledore with avada kedavra (instant death spell). Given Dumbledore's movie speed buffs, Dumbledore is now a lot faster than MHS, so he is more likely to get off his instant kill option which means he would win the episode. It can be argued that since Gandalf is an immortal spirit in a mortals body he can survive the Avada Kedavra, but Gandalf explicitly needed Eru to revive him in order to come back. He's not like Sauron where he can come back on his own

I'm aware of what's going on in MHA, don't know anything about Black Clover. Worth noting that DB does these episodes a decent bit in advance, so the Newest Quirk might not even make an appearance, we'll have to wait and see. (Not to mention they already were trying to avoid Spoilers with Demon Slayer, so this'll probably be the same)

If they're using Deku without arguably his most powerful ability, they know that people are going to be MAD. lol Like how are you going to use a character at their "peak", but do so right before they actually reach it lol
