Just got a theory of this universe; Sonic meanwhile "Prey" was about to end, Somehow survived, However it cost his legs(Most likely he wasn't able to be the blue blur anymore. Like Tails can't fly in this universe. And Sonic could have robotic legs, I guess? Well, Don't know.). Some days later, Tails went missing of unknown causes. Sonic, Being Tails' big bro, And caring for him a lot, Went to look for him. It was hours and hours of searching, Until, The smell of rotten and fresh meat got the hedgehog's attention, And, Well, It was the only place that he didn't checked yet. While checking the room, He found a hallway, Where he saw it. Tails being eaten (alive?) by who was his arch enemy before. This was the first time the hedgehog felt fear and anger before, Seeing his best friend and little bro, Being eaten by his worst enemy. The worst part is, Whenever Tails ever respawned, Eggman had full control of the time stones, Making Tails most likely suffer the same cycle and fate again and again. Sonic did wanted to do something about it, But his fear overtook him. Eggman even taunted Sonic of "how slow he was to save his own buddy". This is where Fight or Flight starts. I can imagine in this scenario, instead of a fear meter like Tails in the OG Fight or Flight, Sonic has a rage meter. As this meter progresses, he gradually turns into dark sonic, meanwhile breaking the surroundings just by sheer anger and wrath. And I say this, because we've actually had some occasions where Sonic has gotten violent, specifically when his friends are in danger. The first and only appearance of Dark Sonic in Sonic X occured from exposure to fake chaos emeralds (of which is probably a breaker to this idea) and some kid and a chao or something being trapped and in danger. But on the other hand, there's the comics... Specifically with Scourge (not his alternate self, the more recent one). At one point, Sonic believes Scourge has killed Tails, and he genuinely looks like he's about to brutally murder her. But when tails wakes up, he goes back to his cocky self, as if nothing ever happened. Leaving Scourge more than terrified. So it's definitely a possibility that Sonic would be absolutely pissed at Starved here.

Starved was in Terror. One of his robots was completely destroyed and at this point he understood that sonic could quickly killed him. But sonic decided to gave starved a little time to run. He decided to toy a little with him. The last thing sonic told starved was "Let's see how fast you can REALLY go!"

I have a theory. This follows the normal prey storylinr, except that tails was with sonic at the timr of sonic crashing. Since sonic boom is also a sonic, he felt that he was in danger, and with the help of boom eggman, went to the starved dimension. There he saw eggman, but he could not recognize him. He was red all over, with no eyes or lips. Just a bloodthirsty look in his face. Then he looked into the furnace. What he saw made his stomach tumble over and do a 360 no scope on him. He saw himself, just not alive and in bits and pieces. He couldnt stand to see this, and knew starved must be finished. Then the battle commences and boom sonic leaves the factory, eggman on his last leg and finally dead. With his last breath, he says,"you were too slow, HAHAHAHAHAA!". When sonic returns back home, he is scarred by the recent events for his entire life. Then in the end, he hugs every single person there, and does everything he wished to do ever. Not so happy ending, but this is life, you dont get what you want

But if seriously, i think it's going to be a dark sonic, because he turns into this form of his big anger and lust for revenge. While fleetway would kill starved to not avenge his friends, but simply because it would been fun for him. I think even dark will be a bit scarier because fleetway it's an independent person who can take control on sonic only when he's in his super form, while dark sonic has fully control on his actions. And it's a bit scary, because sonic has nothing to hold back, so starved is fucked in any scenario.

My theory for this universe sonic escapes by missing furnace narrowly by jumping over him the starved goes after tails and tails gets captured moments after tails death sonic burst in and fights starved and that’s when fight or flight starts Then at the end sonic kills starved with a blow to the head and since starved had the time stones sonic manages to save tails be respawning him. This is the good ending Made just for fun
