Today, I'm back with the Gureopdo ep.3~!! 😃
You guys may already know that I'm stuck on the island through a community tap notice.
Actually, I'm stuck on the island for the first time in my life, so I was really at a loss, but... Grandma Jang's food was delicious, and It was nice to have pork belly for dinner~~~ I like it~~~ (you can watch this on ep.4) Therefore, I think it wasn't bad to be left behind. It's a good memory, right?!

1:22 Those glasses...Kim Young-chul vibes omg 😂 What an adventure this turned into for you all! Can't believe summer is going by so quickly this year! I also suffer from insomnia. I'm lucky if I sleep for more than 3 to 4 hours a day. When I drink alcohol, I get more sleep, but it's not something to do often (hangovers lol). The best way I've been able to cope is to limit what activities I do before sleep time. I don't do anything internet related after 9pm (I've found doing stuff on the internet keeps my mind way too active and hyper...reading posts, writing and responding to messages, etc) Then, about an hour or so before I try to sleep, I'll watch some type of comedy show...laughing, for me, completely eliminates any stress for a short time. It's in that time, I'll go to bed and try to fall asleep, quickly and peacefully. Give it a try! Wish you lots of good and restful sleep! 😴💤💤❤️

불면증 있다가 지금은 없어요. 자기전에 조금만 배를 채울수 있다면 좋을텐데요ㅜㅜ 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 방법은 이른 저녁이어도 졸리면 자는것이에요. 하루가 만족스럽지 않으면 보상심리로 안자려고 버티게된대요. 그리고 4시간마다 졸리는 수면패턴이 있대요. 실제로 한번 졸리던걸 참으면 세네시간 후에 잠들곤 했어요. 그러니 가능하다면 졸릴때 바로 자는게 큰 도움이 될수 있어요ㅠㅠ

As someone with insomnia, 100% Agree with Soyou. By the time passed, you’ll get used to it. I can count with fingers how many times I’ve ever slept more than 4 hours a day and can go through the next day just fine even without sleeping at all.
