white hat knows exactly what she is doing & she is wearing comfortable low boots she knows she can dance in . She can play with the timing and mix it up and still be right there when she wants too. Others are just trying to get it just the one way. The one in the ribbon sweater is one of the less confident of the group, all that looking down, she is foot focusing, not hearing the music, just trying to keep up or on it. Those heels really limit what one can do, number one is just balance but not alot of bending & straightening of the knees or putting a foot out very far. You have to land each step with the whole foot pretty much.

Respect to these women who know how to walk in heels, how to stand with good posture and how to dance smooth & easy. This kind of dancing & with a partner is a beautiful way for people to connect. Good, Clean Fun, Appropriate physical conduct & contact with others. Posture & body language tells a story about people. A woman who dances with her head held high shows confidence, eye level & contact demands respect . As soon as these women feel good with their body steps they raise their eyes. YES, they look "sexy" because strong & confident is sexy. I also see them as Mothers, Teachers, Leaders, Bosses & Wives. They may dance in those heels & pants on Friday but they have something else for church on Sunday. Young women need to look and learn, that freakin & twerkin is not how to be if you want to know respect. These women, I respect their dancing and more.
